GeomatEXPLANATION

GeomatCONSTRUCTION PROCESS

  • Ground Cleaning

    Clean the ground surface of the site.

  • Geomat Laying

    Cut ACEMat™ to the required size and lay on the target slope.

  • Geomat Anchoring

    Overlap the ACEMat™ as specified on the design drawing and anchor it.

  • Slope Vegetation

    Perform slope vegetation for beautification.

  • Erosion Control with ACEMat ™ R Completed.

GeomatDemonstrative Case

Erosion Control for Freeway Embankment, Miaoli County, Taiwan

The geomat is applied to stabilize the surface soil of the freeway embankment, to prevent soil erosion from typhoon attack. The special hexagonal mesh structure of the geomat is effective in keeping seeds, soil, and rock in place. As a result, the applied surface is soon covered with green vegetation.
